Phil Halpenny and Dan Judkins of the Tubac Historical Society will present information on the relationship between Spain and England or the American East coast Colonies during the time of the American Revolution. They will review geopolitics and state secrets of 250 years ago.   This session is conducted in the Old Schoolhouse at the presidio.
